Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain time frame.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: {physical address that we will communicate to you in the case of an exchange}.

Shipping & Returns

To return your product, you must mail it to: {physical address}.

You will need to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
